Before any staff member begins working directly with our service users, they undergo a thorough induction program. This program is critical in aligning our team with the values and mission of Kind2U Living. It includes a comprehensive introduction to our company policies and procedures, ensuring that every team member understands our operational standards. Additionally, all staff participate in essential mandatory training that covers crucial topics such as safeguarding, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and medication management etc. This training equips our team with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide the highest standard of care while maintaining the safety and dignity of our service users at all times.
